Product description:
Vacuum oil for high-vacuum steam pumps VM-5 is a narrow fraction of mineral oil after additional purification and two-stage rectification. The maximum residual pressure of the pump running on this oil is an order of magnitude lower than when working on VM-1 oil and the time to reach the residual pressure is 1.5-2 times less.
Application:
This oil is used as a working fluid in high-vacuum steam-jet pumps or mechanical vacuum pumps with an oil seal. It works with a residual pressure of 1 • 10-3 to 1 • 10-7 mm Hg.
