Product description:

Vacuum oil VM ISO 100 AR is a specially selected, chemically resistant base oil with a set of highly effective additives that significantly improve oil performance and extend the life of the equipment.

Application:

This oil is designed for use in plunger vacuum pumps operating in systems designed for chemical vapor deposition (CVD - Chemical vapor deposition) as well as processes of chemical deposition from the gas phase, occurring under the influence of high temperature and in the presence of ammonium chloride (NH4Cl) and in the production of titanium sponge.
