Product Description:
Our specialists have achieved a significant increase in the operational characteristics of the lubricant as compared with Ciatim-221 grease, produced in accordance with GOST 9433-80 having introduced modern technologies into production.
Such as:
- improved thermal stability;
- achieved the absence of moisture and thermal hardening of the lubricant;
- significantly increased antiwear and extreme pressure properties;
- achieved a significant increase in grease life.
The grease is a homogeneous ointment of a smooth structure from white to light brown in color.
Application:
Grease Ciatim-221 is used for friction units, medium and lightly loaded bearings; in bearings of electric machines; in aggregate bearings of various types, including aircraft bearings up to 10,000 revolutions.
It is efficient in a vacuum. The grease is inert to rubber and polymeric materials, as well as resistant to aggressive environments for a short time. The grease is used at ambient temperatures from - 50°C to + 170°C.
